Each engagement includes an agreed scope, responsibilities, timeline, and deliverables before work begins.
Expanded requirements involving multiple locations, accelerated timelines, on-site execution, multiple vendors, or broader operational responsibilities may require a larger engagement.
Important note
Implementation, full event execution, ongoing operational oversight, and third-party project expenses are scoped separately unless specifically included in the proposal.
