Sean Holman brings more than 20 years of experience across management, operations, communication, client service, team leadership, vendor-facing coordination, events, and hands-on problem solving.
His career has placed him in environments where successful execution depends on keeping people informed, priorities organized, expectations clear, and problems from becoming larger than they need to be.
That experience became the foundation for Ease & Prosper Consulting.
Sean leads E&P with a practical philosophy: understand the objective, establish clear ownership, coordinate the moving parts, communicate early, and follow through until the work is complete.
For clients, that means having someone who can see both the larger operational picture and the details that determine whether execution succeeds.
